Auckland Store Pick-Up

For customers in Auckland, we offer the convenient option of in-store pick-up. Simply select "Pick-Up" at checkout, and you can collect your order from our Auckland location. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pick-up, typically within 1-2 business days.

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to issue refunds once an order has entered the production process. For any claims related to defects, damage, or partial loss of goods during transit, please submit a written request within 3 business days of receiving your order, or within 3 days of dispatch if your order has not been delivered.

In cases where products are faulty or damaged, they must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to address any quality issues by reprinting the order or issuing a credit if a refund is deemed appropriate. Orders will not be replaced or refunded if it is determined that the goods were mishandled or misused by the customer.
