Do you offer custom design services

Yes, we do! For large or specialized signs and projects, we’re here to collaborate closely with you to ensure the final design meets your expectations. Many of our custom designs require direct communication to fully understand and achieve your vision. You can start by clicking "Get Quote" on our website, where one of our designers will promptly review your request and reach out to discuss details. We also welcome in-person consultations to make sure every aspect of your project is tailored to your needs.

What types of products do you print?

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location but generally take 3-7 business days within New Zealand.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 within New Zealand. Orders below this threshold will incur a flat shipping fee.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Absolutely! If you're in Auckland, you can choose our in-store pick-up option at checkout. We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready, usually within 1-2 business days.

Can I track my order?
